How do I know if my clubs have U or V grooves?

The best way to figure out what grooves you have is to press play-doh or silly putty into clean grooves.  You should be able to easily see the shape left on the play-doh after removal.

When and how will the item be shipped?

Your package will be shipped within 36 hours of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.  Your package will be shipped via USPS.
